APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2013 SUMMER CAMP
Thank you for your interest in employment at Belen Wolverine Summer Camp. To apply you must be 15 prior to June 13th. Along with your application you must submit the following:
- Affidavit of good moral character (included with application) - must be notarized
- One 2x2 inch photo
- A copy of your driver's license or birth certificat
- Individual reference form (included with application)
