Checklist for New Parents 

  • Schedule your sons iPad registration appointment www.belenjesuit.org/ipadregistration. For questions contact the Technology Team at support@belenjesuit.org 

  • Spanish Placement Exam, for students who have not yet taken it, will be Thursday, August 22 at 3:00 p.m. Necessary course changes will be made by August 26th.

  • For the Humanities Course Selection Form for those who didn’t take Spanish Placement Exam, click here.

  • Tuition - we have implemented a new system that is fast, easy,and secure.You will pay your son's tuition through NetClassroom! Monthly statements will be published in NetClassroom. Please click here to learn how to to pay your tuition online. Please note that you will NOT receive a tuition payment booklet this year. 

  • You will receive a user ID and password for our Online Campus Community before July 1st via U.S. Mail.

  • For English summer reading books, click here.

  • Spanish summer reading books will be posted the first week of July.

  • Individual Student Schedules will be available on NetClassroom by July 16th.

  • Books - we will be using digital books for the upcoming year. You will receive an invoice for your son’s textbooks by August 1st which will be based on the courses for which your son is scheduled.  This invoice must be paid prior to the first day of school; otherwise, it will delay the process of getting your son’s textbooks into his iPad.

  • The New Parent Orientation will take place on Saturday, August 17, 2013 (time TBA).

  • New Student Orientation Day – Monday, August 19, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. (wear school uniform. bring school lock for locker, do not bring iPad).
