Summer Enrichment Programs

Olivia Zarraluqui | HS Assistant Principal
As we inch closer to the end of the school year, we are happy to invite you to explore the many enrichment opportunities available at our school this summer. Enrichment courses in STEAM, Study Skills, Computer Programming, Math, and Chess, as well as camps in various sports, coached by our own staff, are being offered as a way for your son to strengthen foundational knowledge or explore an academic interest.

Detailed information on summer programming is available on My Belen in the Summer Programs tile under Resources or using this LINK.  Please be aware that registration for these courses can only be done online and once a course is full, registration for that course/camp will be closed. Registration is now open. For further information or inquiries, please contact me at ozarraluqui@belenjesuit.org.

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School was founded in 1854 in Havana, Cuba by Queen Isabel II of Spain.  The task of educating students was assigned to the priests and brothers of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), whose teaching tradition is synonymous with academic excellence and spiritual discipline.  In 1961, the new political regime of Cuba confiscated the School property and expelled the Jesuit faculty.  The School was re-established in Miami the same year, and over the next decade, continued to grow.  Today, Belen Jesuit sits on a 30-acre site in western Dade County, only minutes away from downtown Miami.
