Christmas is right around the corner and as we await to celebrate the birth of Christ with joyful anticipation, we humbly ask that you take a moment to pause and reflect on the many wonderful events that our school community has shared during this very busy school year. There is always something great happening at Belen, day after day, and night after night; memories are being created that our sons will cherish for a lifetime.
In this, the season of giving, we wish to show how grateful we are for the efforts of the faculty and staff. It cannot be said enough, we are blessed to have the most remarkable and caring teachers and staff at Belen Jesuit. Their commitment to our children and the school is evident. They work tirelessly for all our students – truly going above and beyond to keep them growing, learning, and safe.
Let’s show our appreciation and check off an easy Christmas list to-do with a donation to the 2024 Belen Jesuit Christmas Fund (no standing in-line, wrapping or shipping delays here!). One contribution to the Fund will ensure that every member of the Belen Jesuit Community is recognized equally for the love and dedication they bring to the task.
Contributions are voluntary and any amount is greatly appreciated. The monies will be distributed equally among the over 230 faculty and staff members.

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School was founded in 1854 in Havana, Cuba by Queen Isabel II of Spain. The task of educating students was assigned to the priests and brothers of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), whose teaching tradition is synonymous with academic excellence and spiritual discipline. In 1961, the new political regime of Cuba confiscated the School property and expelled the Jesuit faculty. The School was re-established in Miami the same year, and over the next decade, continued to grow. Today, Belen Jesuit sits on a 30-acre site in western Dade County, only minutes away from downtown Miami.
