Culinary Extravaganza

Sarria Family Dining Hall
We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Culinary Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. — and we’re bringing a little country flair to campus! Get ready for a festive evening filled with incredible food, live music, dancing, and Southern-inspired fun.

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, December 10, at 8:30 a.m., priced at $125 per person. As always, the Culinary Extravaganza serves as the kickoff to Tombola, which will take place from January 30 to February 1, 2026.

We are currently seeking restaurants interested in participating in this extraordinary night of great food and community. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your restaurant or food business to more than 1,000 guests.

For more information, please Mrs. Gigi Garcia-Chang at ggarciachang@belenjesuit.org or visit belenjesuit.org/tombola.

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School was founded in 1854 in Havana, Cuba, by Queen Isabel II of Spain.  The task of educating students was assigned to the priests and brothers of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), whose teaching tradition is synonymous with academic excellence and spiritual discipline.  In 1961, the new political regime of Cuba confiscated the school's property and expelled the Jesuit faculty.  The School was re-established in Miami the same year, and over the next decade, continued to grow. Today, Belen Jesuit is situated on a 34-acre site in western Dade County, just minutes away from downtown Miami.
