Join Me at the Belen Jesuit Gala

Fr. Guillermo M. García-Tuñón, S.J. | President
Our gala event is right around the corner, less than a week away. What a great opportunity to get together for an evening of great food and music, all for a great cause.
Without the gala it would be difficult for Belen Jesuit to continue providing the financial assistance to our families that marks our tradition of making a Jesuit education accessible to many. I’m looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Saturday, November 19th at the University of Miami Donna E. Shalala Student Center. Don’t miss out on this great event. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.

On behalf of the whole school community, thank you for your constant willingness to help and be a part of this great event.

Auspice Maria,
Fr. Willie

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School was founded in 1854 in Havana, Cuba, by Queen Isabel II of Spain.  The task of educating students was assigned to the priests and brothers of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), whose teaching tradition is synonymous with academic excellence and spiritual discipline.  In 1961, the new political regime of Cuba confiscated the school's property and expelled the Jesuit faculty.  The School was re-established in Miami the same year, and over the next decade, continued to grow. Today, Belen Jesuit is situated on a 34-acre site in western Dade County, just minutes away from downtown Miami.
