GETTING INVOLVED | Belen Jesuit’s Gonzaga Guild is a dedicated community of parents who generously give their time and talent in support of the school’s mission. Members serve wherever help is needed most, stepping forward with a spirit of service and unity. Volunteer opportunities may include assisting with grade-level events, Tombola, the Culinary Extravaganza, Campus Ministry initiatives, the library, the Campus Store, and other special projects throughout the year. It’s a beautiful example of parents walking alongside the school—not just as supporters, but as active partners in forming young men of faith and character. Parents are reminded to complete the annual survey at the beginning of the school year on MyBelen to join the Gonzaga Guild. For more information please email. |

Parent Advisors play a key role in supporting the school’s communication efforts with families. Among their many responsibilities, they help share information directly from Belen to all families through parent-led WhatsApp groups. Parent Advisors also serve as liaisons between parents and the Administration — answering questions privately, guiding families to the appropriate resources, and posting updates that benefit the group as a whole.

GRANDPARENTS CLUB | Grandparents are an integral and important part of a child's life and provide a bridge between parents and children. The Grandparents Club at Belen Jesuit is an opportunity to enrich and nurture the relationship between grandson and grandparents and support the school. Masses are offered in the Our Lady of Belen Chapel for the members of the Grandparents' Club. Grandsons are encouraged to attend. Additionally, the club is responsible for a booth at the annual Tombola festival. Members are tasked with selling special Belen-branded merchandise geared toward grandparents. |
