FR. DORTA-DUQUE, S.J. MEMORIAL TOMBOLA
The annual Fr. Dorta-Duque, S.J. Memorial Tombola is one of Belen Jesuit’s most beloved traditions. Each year, thousands of families, students, alumni, and friends fill our campus for a weekend of rides, games, food, music, and fellowship. More than a festival, Tombola is the Belen community coming together as one family, and every ticket and sponsorship makes a lasting difference. All net proceeds support the Belen Financial Assistance Program, helping more young men receive a Jesuit education and grow into men for others.
This year’s festivities begin with the Culinary Extravaganza on Saturday, January 30, 2027, followed by Tombola weekend, February 5–7, 2027. Our theme, “1854: From Havana to Miami,” celebrates Belen’s remarkable journey from its founding in Havana to its home in Miami, a story of faith, resilience, and the enduring spirit of our Belen family.

SERVING OUR COMMUNITY"For the Greater Glory of God." | It takes a village to bring Tombola to life, and its success depends on our entire Belen family. Our sponsors provide generous support, the Gonzaga Guild dedicates countless hours preparing decorations before the gates open, parents work side by side with their sons at class booths, alumni rally to staff the Alumni area, and faculty and staff are on campus all weekend long. Whether you’re running a booth, organizing an event, or simply joining in the fun, your presence shows that you care about Belen, its past, and its future. |
