SPIRITUAL COUNSELING
At Belen Jesuit, every student has the opportunity to receive spiritual counseling from a Jesuit priest or a diocesan deacon, creating space for honest reflection, discernment, and growth in faith. Rooted in the Ignatian tradition and reflective of the approach found in Jesuit schools worldwide, this ministry invites students to pause, listen, and recognize God’s presence in their lives — not just in moments of certainty, but also in doubt, struggle, and transition.
Spiritual counselors walk alongside students in their personal faith journey, helping them navigate questions of identity, purpose, and moral decision-making with wisdom and compassion. Through one-on-one conversations, prayer, and guidance, they encourage students to deepen their relationship with Christ and to become men who lead with conscience, humility, and courage. This pastoral care reflects Belen’s unwavering commitment to cura personalis — care for the whole person — ensuring that each student is known, supported, and challenged to grow spiritually, intellectually, and ethically.
