Because of you, we added just over $1 million to our endowment during FY 25-26. This is more than a number; it is a legacy of opportunity. Your gifts directly sustain the pillars of a Belen education: opening doors for deserving students through financial assistance, championing the growth of our world-class faculty & community, & preserving the beauty of our campus through building maintenance.
A Commitment to Our Faculty
The cornerstone of a Belen education is its exceptional faculty. To honor this commitment, the Board of Advisors established the “Go Forth & Teach” Endowment by allocating 10% of the annual proceeds from The Fund for Belen. This year’s remarkable fundraising success enabled Belen to add $270,000 to the endowment’s principal. This amount is invested for long-term growth & is not available for immediate distribution. In accordance with Belen’s endowment spending policy, annual distributions are limited to 4.5% of the fund’s rolling three-year average market value, providing a sustainable source of support for faculty salaries & benefits for generations to come.
